One of the things that people struggle with the most while trying to lose weight is breaking their emotional connection to food. We've all been there. After a long day at work or a particularly stressful night, you just want to drown your sorrows in the biggest bowl of comfort food you can find. Not only are these foods unhealthy, but this kind of behavior encourages an emotional attachment to food, which can seriously hurt your chances of losing weight and keeping it off. We've put together a list of great ways to reward yourself that don't involve food so you can celebrate without ruining all your weight loss progress!
