I have tried several different supplements, diets, and shakes to lose weight over the last few years and a lot of them have a bad taste or just don't work well. I am really impressed with Lean 180. It came with a meal plan (7 day challenge), which I loved because it helps me to have something to follow to keep me on track. Lean 180 has a Muscle Milk Shake (I had the chocolate), Burn Capsules and the Cleanse Capsules. You want to make sure that you take the Capsules with water, I have been drinking a lot of water while following Lean 180. I followed the plan that came with it and took 2 Burn Capsules when I woke up, had a Muscle Milk shake at 6 am, another Burn Capsule at 2 pm, and took the Cleanse Pill before I went to bed. The pills are easy to swallow and they do not leave an after taste in your mouth. I loved the taste of the Muscle Milk, it did not taste chalky like most do and you can make it like a milk shake if you would rather have it that way. I tried it both ways and it tasted really good. I have been using Lean 180 for about a week and exercising 5 days a week and I feel great. The Cleanse pills really do the job and they don't make my stomach hurt while using them and the Burn Capsules really help curb my appetite. I have more energy and I feel better. I have lost 6 lbs already and am so excited to keep using Lean 180 and living a healthier life. If you are looking to lose weight and feel better then I recommend you give Lean 180 a try. I started the 7 day get lean program on a Saturday, after following the instructions as I can say that you will lose weight.
It’s an easy program and by the way it looks and the diet you are to follow, it seems like you would be hungry all the time. Well I can tell you that you won’t be. This is not bad and I ate 5 to 6 times a day. I was worried I would have to spend a lot of time exercising, I did none. It’s pretty easy, you take two tablets in the morning, one in the afternoon and 30 minutes before bed you take one of the cleanse tablets. I never felt tired or weak, never hungry or agitated. I a big skeptic on diets and diet pills but I have to say, this stuff works and if you want to lose some quick weight, give it a try.

I was excited to try this Get Lean Kit by Lean180.com. I was sent a 7 day supply of each step of the Get Lean Kit. I wanted to make the most of this 1 week trial so I psyched myself to stick to this strictly for the full week. I read the directions, went and bought the necessary food items for the week and then got started on my Get Lean 7 Day Challenge. The first morning when I woke up I had 2 Lean 180 Burn Capsules with 1 cup of plain hot tea. I was ready to give this 7 day challenge a try! Then for breakfast I had 180 Muscle Mix Shake which was 3 T of 180 Muscle Mix and 8 oz of skim milk. It tasted pretty good and I was getting excited for this challenge! At 10am I had 1 cup of Kashi GO Lean Dry Cereal, 3 stalks of celery and 2 cups of iced water. I love Kashi cereal and was thinking cereal and celery? This is a first! For lunch I made a Green Salad with unlimited Non Starch Vegetables, I chose romain, spinach, cucumber and tomatoes with 6 oz of lean turkey and 2 T light balsamic vinegar dressing. I washed it all down with 1 C of caffeine free iced green tea with a packet of splenda sweetener. I enjoy salads so this was a nice lunch and I was feeling great! At 2:30 I took 1 Lean 180 Burn Capsule with 16 oz of Iced Water for a nice mid day boost. At 3pm I ate a cup of mixed berries with t T of light cool whip and 1 cup of ice water. Mmmmmm this was a nice sweet treat. At about 6:30pm I had 6 oz grilled chicken breast seasoned with Mrs Dash and 2 cups of steamed mixed vegetables and 1 C of decaf Green Tea and was feeling pretty proud of myself! About 15 minutes before bedtime I took 1 Lean 180 Cleanse Capsule with 1 C of water. Whew! I made it through day 1 and it was not bad at all. I thought, "I can do this!" and I did for another 6 days and lost 8 lbs by the end of the weeks challenge. This was a great kick start to quickly see some results to keep me motivated and get my body use to eating small healthy portions throughout the day and incorporate the supplements to help with the wight lost and cravings.

Received a week's worth of each item in the system and it worked well for me, I did lose weight and was proud of myself for following the menu suggestions! Thanks for this product!

I was sent this protein shake with a kit to review for my blog. I am not a huge protein shake fan at all so I wasnt huge fan of the taste however I'm a fan of the results that they are helping me get to.

I tried the whole Lean 180 system for one week. I used the Lean 180 Muscle mix shakes, the Lean 180 Burn supplement and the Lean 180 Cleanse. I did not follow the diet plan they include exactly due to some health issue i'm working with my doctor on, so that plays some part of my results i'm sure. The diet plan they include is pretty restrictive, but that is what gets you the results. Still, using the system as they recommend I lost 4 pounds in 1 week, and had an increase in my energy level from the second day on. I didn't have any negative side effects, which I really was glad about. The shakes i got in Strawberry, and they were actually really good. I mixed mine with almond milk, and was pleasantly surprised to fidn the powder dissolved easily so there was no gritty texture to my shakes. I am so thankful I got the chance to try the system in exchange for my honest review during a promotion, and once I get the okay from my doctor I plan to do the whole 30 days and follow the diet to get even better results.
