Great tasteI really like this protein powder. I have the strawberry flavor and it is delicious. It mixes well and my shakes are nice and smooth. I use almond milk and even frozen strawberries some times. It is fulfilling. Just wish it was cheaper

Tastes great!Looking to lose weight or build lean muscle?
I am looking to lose quite a few lbs, so I decided to test out the Lean 180 Muscle Mix by skinny Jane.
I was skeptical of this mix. Most shake mixes are chalky, taste terrible, or just don't do anything they claim. This surprised me in every aspect. It mixed easily, and tasted delicious (I tried the chocolate)! The flavor is like a chocolate malted ball, only a drink.... and less sugary. It filled me up fast too! I also found that I stayed fuller for longer, which is a huge benefit for me. After 1 week, I did not see the weight loss I was hoping for, but maybe I need to use this more as a meal replacement program.
Bonus: it's easy to make & takes no time or effort!
So far, I've been using it to start my day, and it keeps me full & energized. As for gentleness, I'm not sure if its the mix or the milk... I don't drink milk often, and I'm finding this gives me slight stomach & bowel issues. Again, it could be the milk. I will try it with an alternative and see if that's better. Based on my experience, I will be purchasing more, and I would recommend this product.

Smooth to Mix and Great Tasting!This shake tastes great and actually keeps me from wanting to intake so many calories! Really enjoy it and it has helped me loose 10 lbs along with the Get Lean Kit. Awesome way to keep my new year's resolution!

High quality protein shakeLean 180 definitely helps quell my appetite AND gives me a boost of energy. Having the protein shake about a half-hour before lunchtime takes care of my appetite, and I can even skip lunch when I need to. Another shake or a protein bar later in the afternoon also helps. I feel that the protein in 180 Muscle Mix is high quality. Taste is also pleasing. Excellent product!

2 Thumbs UpLean 180 Muscle Mix Helps increase you metabolism so you can loss the weight you can drink this shake as a meal and it will fill you up and stop your cravings until your next meal. I got the strawberry shake it taste amazing. An since its not high in calories this will help you loss weight and give you a lot of energy with out being jittery. I give this 2 thumbs up.

One of the best you can buyI think this protein is one of the best you can buy ! It's not too pricey for an Isolate and at 3 pounds it's a good value . For me it's perfect because i want to keep building muscle the clean way without extra stimulants, Growth hormones or any of that artificial garbage. It is a very clean tasting and high protein with great quality. Tastes best with Milk or Soy Milk.
I've used several (far for most or all powders) and find it to fit my needs. It has the fewest extras (sugar, cholesterol fat) compared to other products. The taste good by itself and better when mixed with various fruit. I plan on continuing to use this product for the foreseeable future.This has been a good source of after-workout protein for me. As I usually go to the gym during my lunch hour, using this shake gives me a quick way of getting protein into my system after my workout. I usually use one scoop to about 6 oz. of skim milk and that's usually enough to get me through the early afternoon.
I exercise daily and the pounds keep shedding off..I highly recommend this product it works great with no side effects! Where have you been all my life!Posted on

Taste Like Ice CreamI received this product in exchange for inspection and unbiased review. I have never done any protein shakes before. So this was new for me. I wanted to try the strawberry because I really like strawberry flavor. I used Almond milk to mix my powder in. I think it taste best in a vanilla Almond milk. It taste just like ice cream this way. Add some ice to it and you have a frozen treat. I have also enjoyed using it in my other homemade shakes as an extra protein. I will do frozen fruit, with Matcha, Flaxseed and fiber, Coconut oil, and this powder. Its a great mix and tastes sooooo good. I have also noticed it keeps me full for a very long time and I have to actually set reminders to eat. Or else I do forget to eat when its time to eat.
