My husband loves this shakeI got this for my husband to try and he loved it and it is chocolate flavored so that was a plus when he made his shakes he felt full for a while and ate less and in turn helped him lose weight I have recommended this to my family and friends so far this is the best one my husband has ever tried and it taste very good each bag has 30 servings and lasted my husband a whole month he also noticed that he had more energy

Taste Just Like Chocolate MilkI have used numerous different protein shakes to try and help my weight loss. The one things I always hated about them was the metallic taste and how thick they were. None of them had ever tasted good. 180 Muscle Mix Weight Loss Protein Shake blew me away. It taste delicious! You simply mix it with skim milk and it taste like you are drinking a thicker chocolate milk. I never had any issues drinking it. And I really looked forward to the mornings where I could have it. If someone would've told me it was a weight loss shake I would not have believed them. It taste way too good to be one! It's also very filling. I used this for my breakfast and I easily made it till snack time without feeling hungry.

I will continue to use and recommend to others!I've been using this product for about a month now and I'm down 12 lbs!! I'm also limiting my caloric intake to about 1300 a day, and walking for about 45 minutes 5 days a week... But the supplement had definitely helped with appetite control and energy. Also has a pleasant odor.. Not a nasty vitamin smell. I will continue to use and recommend to others!

Lean 180 Muscle Mix Protein Shake has an amazing taste you must try.I am a lover of protein powders/shakes, and have used many in the past. Have been using Lean 180 protein shake in the strawberry flavor. This shake taste amazing. Love knowing that I am having something healthy for my body, and it taste good. Love that it has no chemical like after taste not does it have an odd taste. Use Lean 180 recipe for a shake consistency. Take 6 oz of almond milk(use low fat cow's milk if you wish) 6 ice cubes, and 3 tbsp. of the Lean 180 muscle mix & blend for 30 seconds. Like to have my shake after a workout or for my breakfast. Lean 180 has several products, but in my eyes the Lean 180 Muscle Mix Weight Loss Protein is the star of their product line.

Tastes GreatI love this kit! The instructions are easy to follow.
The morning shakes are delicious (I had Vanilla) and mix very well.
The burn and cleanse pills are just the right size to swallow and have no unpleasant odour.
I have experience no unpleasant side effect, in fact I have felt great while taking this supplement. My energy has increased and in 7 days, I have lost 3 pounds.
The diet recommendations I received for the product were very sensible and similar to how I was already eating. This tells me the product really works and I did not alter my eating habits and I did see results.
I would recommend the Lean 180 Get Lean Kit for anyone looking to lose weight and get healthy.

The Truthi must give it to you guys with this 180 Musle Mix.. It truly is something worth trying, if you havent already. The taste is great and its not something that you hate taking when its time.. Thats a plus. I will continue to use this mix, and i wil continue to achieve the goals to see my 180 change in lifestyle. Strawberry is my favorite right now, but if the rest of the flavors are as good as mine, then i will have no problem changing it up from time to time... And as we speak, im letting all my friends and family know about this amazing shake!!!! Thanks Steve Pickering, continue to give us what we need..

I would have to say that this is one of the best!I've worked out for many years and have tried many different types and flavors of protein shake. I would have to say that this is one of the best. I mix it with cold water and drink it on my way to work, it taste great and doesn't have a chalking texture to it. Blends well and is a great pick me up mid-day when you start to those get cravings or when energy is low.

Great taste an kept me feeling full!I was sent a 7-day supply of the 180 Get Lean Kit. that included the 180 Muscle Mix along with a meal plan and I have to say I was very impressed with the products and the results because I lost 4.5 lbs! I think the supplements worked really well and I really liked the weight loss shake. The taste of the shake had a light chocolate taste to it and I think it would be awesome to add your own ingredients like, banana & peanut butter but for the sake of the 7-day plan I just stuck with the recommended meal plan.
I thought the meal plan was really easy to follow and I didn't really feel like I was missing out on anything and I seemed to stay full longer and cravings weren't too bad either. (I'm not sure if that was a result of the food itself or the supplements but I think it was a combo of both) I will say I also walked at least 30 min. a day during this time, which I think you should be choosing some type of exercise during any kind of weight loss plan!
If you are looking to loose a quick 5-10 lbs and can stick to a meal plan and incorporate some exercise then I think this 180 Get Lean Kit is a great option!!!Posted on
