7 pounds down first week!!!he 180 Burn was formulated to help people who want to lose weight to curb their appetite, burn body fat more efficiently, and give them energy. I can tell you, this is amazing. They gave me a diet to follow as well and within the first week of being on the diet and taking their product, I have lost 7 pounds, however most people are seeing anywhere from 5-10 pounds. Although mine was only 7 pounds, I was extremely happy!!!

Lost 9 pounds on week 1 with no jitters180 Burn is amazing!! I have been trying for quiet sometime to find something to help me in my weight-loss journey and nothing I have purchased had really worked until I started taking 180 burn. So many other products would always give me a jittery feeling , but 180 burn did not, but it did give me energy and not just in a quick burst but it seemed to last so much longer than anything else I had ever used. The ingredients seem to work really well together and I lost 9 pounds the first week, so I can say this actually works. I did tend to want to drink much more water which was also a huge plus as well.

Highly recommend this if your trying to not eat as muchI received this product for a review of my opinion.I take two in the morning and im not hungry all day and BURSTING with energy#!! Highly recommend this if you're trying to not eat as much, and of course lose weight.:-)

I feel great and treat people better now that I feel betterI purchased the kit but these pills really help weight loss happen. It curbs my appetite and boosts my energy levels. I have always been yo-yo dieting and going up and down on scale. These products are different. I feel great and treat people better now that I feel better.
I've taken many different kinds of diet pills in the past but this one is by far the best, I feel the need to let people know about this how great this works. I started taking this 7 days ago and its been working great ive been losing weight as long as i take it like the directions say 30 minutes to an hour before i eat I barely have an appetite. Also unlike where other diet pills have given me energy for a few hours then made me feel really bad. I have energy the whole day, and i just feel really good. I would, and have recommended this to people before its a great product and you should really give it a try :)

get fitI'm using the kit, which you take 2 caps of 180° Burn in the morning when you wake up and 1 capsule at 2:00-2:30pm (take with 1 cup of water or hot tea no sugar), 3 tablespoons shake mix in 6 ounces of milk, 4-6 ice cubes then blend for 20 seconds. Then 1 capsule of 180° cleanse at bedtime with 1 cup of water.
I was definitely fuller longer and had more energy. The 180° Cleanse really does it's job well. I woke up in the morning and was ready to "go". No cramping or having the sudden urge to have to go, just an easy clean out. It helps to not feel so weighed down. The 180° Burn gave a good burst of energy and just when it ebbed off, it was time for another capsule. It was a gradual diminishing of energy, not a sudden crash.
