Love this KitI received a sample kit of the 180 Lean Kit. It's a 7 days sample kit. I love it. It's perfect for a jump start to the new year and a new you! I'm a runner and I need something that is going to give me a jump start to helping me lose weight as well as perform better. This is perfect for me. The shake tastes good! The Cleanse and The Burn are helpful in controlling my appetite and helps keep my energy going while out on a run!

Simply WonderfulI love this kit! The instructions are easy to follow.
The morning shakes are delicious (I had Vanilla) and mix very well.
The burn and cleanse pills are just the right size to swallow and have no unpleasant odour.
I have experience no unpleasant side effect, in fact I have felt great while taking this supplement. My energy has increased and in 7 days, I have lost 3 pounds.
The diet recommendations I received for the product were very sensible and similar to how I was already eating. This tells me the product really works and I did not alter my eating habits and I did see results.
I would recommend the Lean 180 Get Lean Kit for anyone looking to lose weight and get healthy.

Just order it about 3 days before you need it. Very satisfied with the purchase. It was an easy 30 day challenge. Take the pills and eat veggies and fruit. Take the shake with some egg whites or soy milk. Even make it like a milkshake with ice chunks. You can even eat lean meats and still lose weight. I love it. I lost 7 pounds in 7 days with the program so far. I love the results and its not hard at all. I dont feel hungry and my mood is better.
It helps curb my appetite,fires up my metabolism gives me energy and helps shed the pounds. This kit comes with everything you need to get started. In 7 Days - 7 lbsI started the 7 day get lean program on a Saturday, after following the instructions as I can say that you will lose weight.
It’s an easy program and by the way it looks and the diet you are to follow, it seems like you would be hungry all the time. Well I can tell you that you won’t be. This is not bad and I ate 5 to 6 times a day. I was worried I would have to spend a lot of time exercising, I did none. It’s pretty easy, you take two tablets in the morning, one in the afternoon and 30 minutes before bed you take one of the cleanse tablets. I never felt tired or weak, never hungry or agitated. I a big skeptic on diets and diet pills but I have to say, this stuff works and if you want to lose some quick weight, give it a try.Posted on

This kit has all you needI received the Get Lean Kit containing: chocolate muscle mix (protein shake), 180° cleanse and 180° burn. You take 1or 2 capsules of 180° burn in the morning when you wake up, with a cup of water. Around 2 I take 1 180° burn capsule.
I drink the shake around 2 also. I mix 6 ounces of almond or coconut milk with 1tbsp mix. You can also blend with ice and fruit if you want more of a smoothie type drink. The shake tastes great. The shake along with the 180° burn capsule kept me feeling full, and gave me the extra energy without feeling jittery. I received this product from Lean 180 in exchange for my honest opinion. I like that the shake has less sugar than most shakes of this kind. The 3 pound container is a great value. The shake blends much better than similar shakes. The powder will not be at the bottom of your glass or in chunks in your mouth.
Right before bed take the 180° cleanse capsule with a glass of water. In the morning be ready to have to GO. I like that the cleanse did not make me have stomach cramps, like some cleanse tablets tend to do.

Great Kit for Fast Weight Loss and More Energy!Great 30 day kit that helped me lose body fat at a good price. The 3 products that this comes with, 180 Burn, 180 Cleanse, and 180 Muscle Mix, seem to work synergistically together.
I recommend the kit and definitely the shakes! Great tasting shake that really helped control my hunger. By far the best tasting shake I have tried and a pretty good deal at only $1.59 a shake. Mixes pretty well, great in a blender, and delivers a great blend of 7 proteins. Low in sugar and contains some extra fiber which is a plus too. Overall very happy with the Muscle Mix shake and highly recommend.
The 180 Burn gave me a good boost of energy and increased my metabolism. It helped decrease my appetite and I felt stronger while taking it. This supplement also seemed to make me feel much better and improve my mood. I would recommend trying it. It's not harsh like so many of the other weight loss products I have tried.
The 180 Cleanse is VERY EFFECTIVE. If you want a good cleanse, this product is for you. It works day one! I definitely recommend starting with one capsule, as that is all I needed each day. It worked well for me, but it took a few days to adjust to it.Posted on

A quick, easy way to drop those extra pounds!I was sent a 7-day supply of the 180 Get Lean Kit. along with a meal plan and I have to say I was very impressed with the products and the results because I lost 4.5 lbs! I think the supplements worked really well and I really liked the weight loss shake. The taste of the shake had a light chocolate taste to it and I think it would be awesome to add your own ingredients like, banana & peanut butter but for the sake of the 7-day plan I just stuck with the recommended meal plan.
I thought the meal plan was really easy to follow and I didn't really feel like I was missing out on anything and I seemed to stay full longer and cravings weren't too bad either. (I'm not sure if that was a result of the food itself or the supplements but I think it was a combo of both) I will say I also walked at least 30 min. a day during this time, which I think you should be choosing some type of exercise during any kind of weight loss plan!
If you are looking to loose a quick 5-10 lbs and can stick to a meal plan and incorporate some exercise then I think this 180 Get Lean Kit is a great option!!!Posted on

Comprehensive Program to Help You Achieve Your Weight Loss GoalsI have been utilizing the full Lean 180 program for a week now and am very happy with the results. First of all, the chocolate muscle mix is DELICIOUS. I've been enjoying it just mixed with skim milk in the mornings - but there are a ton of great smoothie options you could try as well to keep it interesting. Then I have been following the meal plan guideline I was sent in addition to taking the burn capsules (2 in the AM, 1 in the mid-afternoon) along with the cleanse capsules (1 at bedtime). The meal plan is completely doable - it is food that you buy at your local grocery store, no fancy recipe or "diet" foods either. Smart, clean, healthy lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables. Very doable, very delicious. You can DEFINITELY achieve your goals by following this program. I lost several pounds in my first week just by following the meal plan and taking the supplements - I did not change anything else I was doing. I ate the shakes for breakfast, cereal for snack, big, veggie filled salads with chicken, turkey, or steak for lunch, lots of steamed or sautéed veggies for dinner with more lean protein and lots, and lots of tea and water during the day. If I did get a sweets craving I followed the recommendation and had some sugar-free cocoa, or enjoyed some berries with light cool whip. I received this product in exchange for an honest review based on my personal experiences.

No time for breakfast? How about making a Lean 180 Muscle Mix Protein Shake. I choose the strawberry flavor, and it taste AMAZING! Honestly it's like having a milkshake or dessert. Lean 180 Really WorksI have tried several different supplements, diets, and shakes to lose weight over the last few years and a lot of them have a bad taste or just don't work well. I am really impressed with Lean 180. It came with a meal plan (7 day challenge), which I loved because it helps me to have something to follow to keep me on track. Lean 180 has a Muscle Milk Shake (I had the chocolate), Burn Capsules and the Cleanse Capsules. You want to make sure that you take the Capsules with water, I have been drinking a lot of water while following Lean 180. I followed the plan that came with it and took 2 Burn Capsules when I woke up, had a Muscle Milk shake at 6 am, another Burn Capsule at 2 pm, and took the Cleanse Pill before I went to bed. The pills are easy to swallow and they do not leave an after taste in your mouth. I loved the taste of the Muscle Milk, it did not taste chalky like most do and you can make it like a milk shake if you would rather have it that way. I tried it both ways and it tasted really good. I have been using Lean 180 for about a week and exercising 5 days a week and I feel great. The Cleanse pills really do the job and they don't make my stomach hurt while using them and the Burn Capsules really help curb my appetite. I have more energy and I feel better. I have lost 6 lbs already and am so excited to keep using Lean 180 and living a healthier life. If you are looking to lose weight and feel better then I recommend you give Lean 180 a try.
