I received the Get Lean Kit containing: chocolate muscle mix (protein shake), 180° cleanse and 180° burn. You take 1or 2 capsules of 180° burn in the morning when you wake up, with a cup of water. Around 2 I take 1 180° burn capsule.
I drink the shake around 2 also. I mix 6 ounces of almond or coconut milk with 1tbsp mix. You can also blend with ice and fruit if you want more of a smoothie type drink. The shake tastes great. The shake along with the 180° burn capsule kept me feeling full, and gave me the extra energy without feeling jittery. I like that the shake has less sugar than most shakes of this kind. The 3 pound container is a great value. The shake blends much better than similar shakes. The powder will not be at the bottom of your glass or in chunks in your mouth.
Right before bed take the 180° cleanse capsule with a glass of water. In the morning be ready to have to GO. I like that the cleanse did not make me have stomach cramps, like some cleanse tablets tend to do.

I am so happy i am able to give my 100% honest feedback on this product. I don't know about you guys but i am always a little worried about trying new weight loss products. But i took the dive right in and thought why not. So with that being said let's jump right into this review.

Which products i got was cleanse capsules, burn capsules, and last but not least the muscle mix i got it in the flavor chocolate. Ok so for 7 days i tried this product along with working out on the treadmill and lifting weights. With that being said i will give you the 7 day layout.

When you wake up you take 2 burn capsules with 1 cup of water or you can have hot tea no sugar though.

Then Breakfast time you have muscle mix shake combine with 8oz of skim or low sugar almond milk with 3tbsp of the muscle mix. for milk shake consistency combine 6oz of milk 4-6 ice cubes 3tbsp of muscle mix and blend for 20 seconds.

10am 1 cup of kashi go lean (not crunch) or fiber one (1 gram of sugar per serving) dry cereal. 2-3 stalks of celery plus 2 cups of ice water.

Lunch salad with unlimited non-starch veggies + 2tbsp light balsamic dressing. 6oz lean meat (turkey,chicken,lean ground beef) or fish (hailbut, mahi mahi, salmon, tuna, ect.) plus 1 cup of caffeine free ice tea (no sugar)

2/2:30 pm 1 burn capsule with 16oz of ice cold water

3pm 1 cup of any berries + 2 tbsp of light cool whip. plus 1 cup of ice water

6/7 pm 6oz of lean meat or fish. 2 cups of steamed veggies plus 1 cup of decaf green tea or tko tea weight loss tea

15/30 mins before bed 1 cleanse capsule with 1 cup water.

With that meal plan and work outs you can loose 5-10 lbs. My results were mind blowing i only lost 5lbs but heck ill take it. The muscle mix i got in chocolate and omg it tasted like i was drinking hot coco. which was amazing to me because i have tried other shakes and couldn't handle them.

When cooking my chicken or fish i would lightly season it with mrs. dash to help give it a flavor i was use to. The muscle mix comes in three flavors chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry.

180 Cleanse is a 15-day colon cleanse that will remove toxins from the body, control appetite, sheds excess water weight and it will boost your over all weight loss effort.

This cleanse is pretty strong and it doesn't have all the side effects that comes with other brands. I took one capsule before I went to bed and as soon as I woke up the next day, I was running to the bathroom. I recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Overall, I do like the 180 Cleanse.

I have been utilizing the full Lean 180 program for a week now with great results. First of all, the chocolate muscle mix is DELICIOUS. I've been enjoying it just mixed with skim milk in the mornings - but there are a ton of great smoothie options you could try as well to keep it interesting. Then I have been following the meal plan guideline I was sent in addition to taking the burn capsules (2 in the AM, 1 in the mid-afternoon) along with the cleanse capsules (1 at bedtime). The meal plan is completely doable - it is food that you buy at your local grocery store, no fancy recipe or "diet" foods either. Smart, clean, healthy lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables. Very doable, very delicious. You can DEFINITELY achieve your goals by following this program. I lost several pounds in my first week just by following the meal plan and taking the supplements - I did not change anything else I was doing. I ate the shakes for breakfast, cereal for snack, big, veggie filled salads with chicken, turkey, or steak for lunch, lots of steamed or sautéed veggies for dinner with more lean protein and lots, and lots of tea and water during the day. If I did get a sweets craving I followed the recommendation and had some sugar-free cocoa, or enjoyed some berries with light cool whip.

I've tried tons of cleansing pills, and they all say that they are gentle. With this I've felt gassy, but after I had a bowl movement I felt lighter. It is easy on my stomach and did not have any pains besides having gas but that is normal. This is my third day taking the cleanse, can't wait to see how much waste weight I've lost at the end of my 7 day challenge.

Then 1 capsule of 180° cleanse at bedtime with 1 cup of water.
I was definitely fuller longer and had more energy. The 180° Cleanse really does it's job well. I woke up in the morning and was ready to "go". No cramping or having the sudden urge to have to go, just an easy clean out. It helps to not feel so weighed down. The 180° Burn gave a good burst of energy and just when it ebbed off, it was time for another capsule. It was a gradual diminishing of energy, not a sudden crash. The 180° Muscle milk kept me fuller longer, it helped me skip my mid morning cravings. These products work great together to help for a healthy lifestyle.

This has really helped me lose toxins and gt my metabolism back up and running faster. I exercise daily and the pounds keep shedding off..I highly recommend this product it works great with no side effects! Where have you been all my life!

I have never used a cleansing pill before but I would definitely use this product again. They don't taste bad at all, no coating. It almost smells like fresh tea when you open the bottle. On days that I drank the recommended amount of water or more I did not have any stomach cramping, but if I only drank a sip or two to get the pills down there was definitely cramping. I also used the myfitnesspal app and did a lot of exercise. This was absolutely a great start to my weight loss( I have about 55lbs to reach my first goal). Very happy with this product :)

This including the kit with the milkshakes and weight loss pills are changing my whole life. no more yo-yo dieting. Its coming off and staying off!

I must must say,this cleanse is great!I took it before bed and it didn't upset my Stomach at all!!I have taken other cleanses before that made my stomach hurt really bad but this one does not and that's great!!
